BLT Pasta Salad
I have been dreaming about this meal since I saw someone else post it the other day. Two of my favorite warm-weather foods are pasta salad and BLT sandwiches and I’m all about the combination of the two!

Grilled burgers, Fries, Pasta Salad
Saturday is quickly turning into the day that we spend almost the entire day in the backyard. It’s already feeling like summer here in Texas, so grilled burgers sound amazing!

Teriyaki Salmon with Broccoli and Rice
We’re swapping out our regular teriyaki chicken for salmon bowls this week! If you’re interested, here is the homemade teriyaki sauce recipe that we use. It comes together so easily and it’s so much better than the stuff in the bottle at the store. It does have a slightly different taste than what I was accustomed to when it came to teriyaki sauce, but I think it’s just because there is no artificial flavoring and preservatives to make it shelf-stable.

Miso Marinated Steak Bowls
The recipe is drool-worthy and I know I can get my husband on board with anything Asian-inspired. I think instead of bok choy, we’ll end up doing grilled or sauteed zucchini.

Crunchy Baked Beef Tacos
I made these a couple of weeks ago and they were a huge hit with everyone in my house. I love that this feels a bit “dirty” but the ingredients are actually pretty good. My only recommendation is to be careful with the oil when frying the tortillas. It gets hot fast! We’ll serve along with guacamole, pinto beans (probably refried), and corn.
