Steak + Crunchy Cashew Salad
We have a version of this salad that we’ve made on rotation for years, but I came across this recipe from Pinch of Yum on Instagram the other day and now we have to try this one. I love the addition of carrots, broccoli slaw, and creamy sesame dressing.
We also usually do teriyaki chicken for a protein option, but since we have a bunch of steak in our freezer we’re going to have that instead of buying chicken.

TikTok Smash Burger Tacos
We made these smash burger tacos a couple of weeks ago and they were so good! They’re such a good, easy option for the summertime and they grill up quickly too. I definitely recommend adding a Big Mac/In-n-Out burger sauce. It’s so easy to whip together with mayo, ketchup, mustard, and dill relish. Just take those ingredients and add until it tastes how you want it to taste.

Breakfast for Dinner
I love a breakfast-for-dinner moment, and we really don’t do it enough. I’m thinking we’ll do bacon, blueberry pancakes, and eggs. Super easy and another good way to use up ingredients you have on hand!
Monday
Not So Fried Chicken Salad
This is one of my favorite salads to make and weirdly enough, my kids like it too? It also couldn’t be easier with a Costco rotisserie chicken.

Hawaiian Chicken Tacos with Jalapeno Ranch Slaw
This sweet and spicy recipe has piqued my interest. Fun fact: Don’t marinade chicken with pineapple. Pineapple has an enzyme called Bromelain that causes the chicken to get weird. You can cook the two together, but just don’t marinade the meat in it beforehand. I learned this the hard way a few years ago when we were doing kabobs. It was so sad.
